Description
Internal coupling from Fernco for joining 4 inch / DN100 drainage pipes using the internal pipe surface. This push fit drainage coupling is ideal where the outside of the pipe is difficult to access, such as pipework surrounded by concrete, brickwork or compacted ground.
The IC95-100P size is designed for connecting two DN100 pipes with different internal diameters. It suits one pipe with a 93–98mm internal diameter and another pipe with a 99–104.5mm internal diameter, making it useful for repair work, pipe transitions and awkward underground drainage connections.
The internal push fit design means no external clamp band is needed. This helps when there is limited room around the pipe or when the pipe exterior cannot be fully exposed. The ABS and EPDM rubber construction helps create a secure watertight connection when fitted correctly.
Before fitting, always measure both pipe internal diameters and check that they fall within the required size range. Clean the inside of both pipes thoroughly before installation, removing slurry, dirt and loose material from the sealing area.

How to Use an Internal Coupling
First, measure the internal diameter of both pipes. Check that one side is within 93–98mm and the other side is within 99–104.5mm.
Next, clean the internal pipe surfaces. Remove slurry, grit, grease and loose debris so the rubber sleeve can seal correctly.
Push the coupling into the first pipe up to the pipe stop. Then push the second pipe onto the opposite end until the connection sits flush and secure.
