Description

How to Use a Rodent Barrier
First, check the pipe diameter and make sure the valve is suitable for the drainage system being protected.
Next, clean the pipe or chamber connection. Remove silt, grit, grease and loose material so the valve can sit correctly.
Fit the valve in the correct flow direction. Then check that the flap opens freely with discharge and closes properly when flow stops.
