Description
Aluminium foil tape from Timco is a heat and moisture resistant trade tape for sealing, joining and repairing foil-faced insulation, ducts, pipes and reflective surfaces. This silver aluminium foil tape measures 45m x 50mm and is ideal for insulation, HVAC, building, repair and general trade applications.
The aluminium foil backing helps provide thermal conductivity, heat and light reflectance, moisture resistance and weather resistance. It is commonly used for joining foil covered insulation, sealing pipework, taping ducting, repairing foil-faced boards and creating a neat reflective seal on suitable clean surfaces.

How to Use Aluminium Foil Tape
Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, loose material or moisture before applying the tape.
Cut or tear the tape to the required length, remove the backing paper and apply the tape evenly across the joint, pipe, duct or insulation surface.
Press firmly along the full length of the tape to remove air pockets and ensure good contact with the surface. Overlap joints where required for a continuous seal.
