McAlpine SMP10 is a 40mm / 1½” bath trap with a 50mm water seal. It is designed for bath waste installations where a deeper seal is required compared with a shallow 19mm seal bath trap.

Installation Notes

Tighten the compression nut securely by hand, then run water through the bath waste and check all joints for leaks.
The McAlpine SMP10 is a 50mm seal bath trap. For restricted spaces below baths, a shallow bath trap such as the Q10 may be more suitable.
