McAlpine C10A is a 40mm / 1½” adjustable inlet bottle trap for sink, urinal and general waste pipe installations. It is designed for domestic plumbing repairs, replacement work, maintenance jobs and trade installations where a 40mm bottle trap with extra fitting adjustment is required.

Installation Notes
Before fitting, check that the waste outlet and pipe size are suitable for a 40mm / 1½” trap. Cut the waste pipe cleanly and make sure it is fully seated inside the Multifit compression outlet. Adjust the inlet height to suit the waste outlet, then tighten the compression nuts securely by hand.
After fitting, run water through the waste and check all joints for leaks. The McAlpine C10A is a 40mm adjustable bottle trap. For 32mm basin waste installations, use a suitable 32mm trap instead.
