McAlpine SB10 is a 32mm / 1¼” tubular swivel S trap for basin, sink and waste pipe installations where a vertical outlet drop is required. It is suitable for domestic plumbing repairs, maintenance work, replacement jobs and trade installations where a standard 32mm S trap is needed.
McAlpine SB10 Trade Overview
The McAlpine SB10 tubular swivel S trap is designed with an S-shaped trap body and a downward outlet leg. This makes it different from a standard P trap, which normally exits horizontally into the waste pipe. The S trap design is useful where the waste needs to drop down through the floor or connect into pipework below the fitting.
This trap has a 75mm water seal to help stop drain odours from coming back through the waste system. It is manufactured from white polypropylene, giving a durable, lightweight fitting for everyday plumbing use.
