Description
The 50mm waste pipe is used for solvent weld waste pipe installations where a permanent glued joint is required. It is commonly used for larger sink, bath, shower, utility and general drainage pipe runs.

This 3m pipe is suitable for compatible 50mm solvent weld systems and is available in Black, Olive Grey and White to match common pipework colours. When used with matching fittings and the correct solvent cement, it creates a strong permanent connection for internal waste pipework.

The 50mm waste pipe is suitable for trade plumbing, bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting, refurbishment and general installation work. The 3m length can be cut down on site to suit the required pipe run.

Using 50mm Solvent Weld Pipe
Before fitting, cut the pipe square and remove any burrs from the pipe end. Clean and prepare the pipe and fitting before applying the correct solvent cement for the system being installed.
Once the joint has been made, leave the solvent weld connection to cure according to the solvent cement instructions before testing or putting the system into use.
50mm Waste Pipe for Larger Waste Runs
This 50mm waste pipe is commonly used where a larger waste pipe size is required. It is a practical option for bigger domestic and light commercial waste pipe layouts where a permanent solvent weld system is preferred.
Before ordering, check the pipe size, colour and fitting type required for the installation. If you are working with smaller waste pipework, 32mm or 40mm solvent weld pipe may be more suitable.
