Description

The level invert reducer is used to connect 32mm solvent weld waste pipe into a 40mm solvent weld waste system while helping maintain a neat pipe invert. It is a useful fitting for waste pipe layouts where a smaller 32mm pipe needs to reduce into a larger 40mm run.

This FloPlast 40mm to 32mm solvent weld level invert reducer is supplied in White and is designed for compatible ABS solvent weld waste systems. When installed with the correct solvent cement and pipe preparation, it creates a permanent joint.

The level invert reducer is commonly used in bathroom, cloakroom, utility and general plumbing installations where 32mm waste pipe needs to connect into 40mm solvent weld pipework.

Using a Level Invert Reducer

Before fitting, check that the pipe and fitting sizes are correct, clean and dry. Cut the pipe square, remove burrs, chamfer the pipe end where required and follow the correct solvent weld process for the system being installed.

Once solvent cement has been applied and the joint is made, leave the connection to cure according to the solvent cement instructions before testing or putting the waste system into use.
