The 320mm manhole riser sealing ring is used with compatible Kayflow 320mm inspection chamber components. It helps seal the joint between the chamber base and riser, or between compatible riser sections, as part of a 110mm underground drainage chamber system.
This Kayflow UG108 riser seal is part of the 320mm inspection chamber range. It is designed for use with the 320mm chamber system, including the matching 320 riser and 320 chamber base.
A correctly fitted sealing ring helps support a secure chamber assembly. It is useful for domestic drainage, extensions, garden drainage, outbuildings, repairs and light-duty site drainage work.

320mm Manhole Riser Sealing Ring Connection
This 320mm manhole riser sealing ring is fitted as part of the chamber build-up. It should be installed with compatible Kayflow 320mm chamber components only.
Before fitting, check that the chamber base, riser and sealing ring are clean and correctly aligned. Also, make sure the seal is seated properly before the chamber is backfilled.
Use suitable jointing lubricant or sealant where required by the manufacturer guidance and site specification. Do not force components together if the seal is twisted or trapped.
320mm Manhole Riser Sealing Ring Installation Use
The 320mm manhole riser sealing ring should be installed as part of a properly supported inspection chamber system. Correct bedding, backfill and chamber support help keep the chamber stable after installation.
The seal helps maintain the joint between compatible chamber sections. However, the chamber still needs to be installed square, level and in line with the correct drainage layout.
Kayflow states that 320 inspection chambers can be installed to a maximum depth of 600mm, and all outlets are 110mm. Always confirm the final chamber depth and cover loading before installation.
