This Brett Martin B2802 cover and frame is designed for the 280mm shallow access chamber range. It features a double seal and can be used internally where required. When used externally, it should only be installed in pedestrian areas.

280mm Square Sealed Cover Connection
This 280mm square sealed cover is designed to fit the compatible 280mm Brett Martin shallow access chamber assembly. The cover and frame should sit level and be supported correctly as part of the finished chamber installation.
Before fitting, check that the chamber base, riser and cover are compatible. The chamber top should be clean, stable and correctly set to the finished ground level.
If the cover is being installed externally, only use it in a pedestrian area. Do not use this product in a driveway or trafficked area unless the site specification and manufacturer guidance confirm it is suitable.
280mm Square Sealed Cover Installation Use
The 280mm square sealed cover should be installed as part of a properly supported chamber system. Brett Martin recommends locating frames in a concrete plinth for stability and to spread loading where required.
Correct chamber support, bedding and backfill are important during installation. The cover and frame should remain accessible after the drainage work is complete.
Always confirm the chamber depth, finished ground level and loading requirement before installation. Also, make sure the cover suits the intended area of use.
