The 160mm unequal tee branch 90° triple socket is an underground drainage fitting used to connect a 110mm branch pipe into a larger 160mm drainage run. It is suitable for foul water and surface water drainage systems where a smaller pipe needs to join a 160mm main at a right angle.

Triple Socket Branch Connection
This fitting has three socketed ends, which makes it easier to connect compatible pipework from each direction. The 160mm sockets form the main line connection, while the 110mm socket forms the branch connection.
Before installation, check the drainage layout, flow direction and pipe sizes. Make sure the 110mm branch enters the 160mm main in the correct position for the system design. The fitting should not be forced into poor alignment.
Use suitable pipe lubricant on ring seal joints where required. Also, make sure pipe ends are clean before jointing. If pipework is cut to length, make a clean square cut and chamfer the edge before fitting.
