Description

How to Use a Steel Drain Test Plug
First, check that the plug suits the internal diameter of the pipe being sealed.
Next, clean the inside of the pipe and remove dirt, grit or loose material from the sealing area.
Insert the steel drain test plug into the pipe. Then tighten the wing nut until the rubber section expands and forms a secure seal. Finally, carry out the test according to the drain test kit instructions and never exceed the recommended pressure.
