Description
Access bend from Aquaflow for 110mm underground drainage systems. This 90 degree double socket fitting changes pipe direction while also providing a removable access point for inspection, rodding and maintenance.
The access cap allows drainage rods or inspection equipment to enter the pipework when needed. This makes the fitting useful for blockage clearance, flow checks and routine maintenance without removing sections of underground drainage pipe.
The double socket design connects to compatible 110mm underground drainage pipe and fittings. It is suitable for builders, groundworkers, plumbers and drainage installers working on foul water, surface water and general below ground drainage systems.

How to Use an Access Bend
First, plan the drainage run and choose a position where the bend and access point will be useful for future inspection or rodding.
Next, cut and prepare the pipe ends where required. Make sure each pipe is cut square, chamfered and cleaned before fitting.
Apply silicone pipe lubricant to the seals where required. Then push the pipework fully into each socket and check that the access fitting is seated securely.
