Description
The Timco Snap Off Knife is a practical retractable utility knife for cutting, trimming and scoring common trade and DIY materials. It is ideal for use on packaging, cardboard, carpet, linoleum, plastic, wood and similar general-purpose materials.
This snap off knife uses an 18mm SK2 steel blade with 7 snap off sections. When the exposed cutting edge becomes blunt, the used section can be safely snapped away to reveal a fresh sharp edge, helping keep work moving without replacing the full blade as often.
The anti-slip rubber grip handle provides comfort and control during regular cutting tasks. The retractable blade design also helps improve safety during storage and transport when the knife is not in use.
This Snap Off Knife includes two spare 100 x 18 x 0.6mm blades stored inside the handle. It is a useful tool for builders, installers, decorators, window fitters, maintenance teams and DIY users carrying out everyday cutting work.

How to Use a Snap Off Knife
Extend only the amount of blade needed for the task and make sure the blade is locked securely before cutting. Use light, controlled pressure and cut away from your body where possible.
When the cutting edge becomes blunt, carefully snap off the used section using a suitable blade snapper or the knife’s built-in snapper where provided. Replace the blade when all snap off sections have been used.
Always retract the blade after use and store the knife safely away from children. This product contains sharp blades and is for over 18s only.
