How to Use Multi-Purpose Gasket Snips

Unlock the snips and position the material fully between the blades before cutting. Use steady hand pressure and allow the serrated blade to grip the material as you cut.

For gasket and rubber seals, cut slowly to keep the edge neat and square. Avoid forcing the snips through unsuitable thick or hard materials, as this can damage the blades or reduce cutting accuracy.

After use, close the blades and engage the safety lock before storing the tool. Keep the cutting edge clean and dry, and keep the snips away from children.
