How to Use a Chisel De-Glazing Knife

Position the chisel blade carefully against the bead, seal or area being worked on. Use controlled pressure and work gradually to reduce the risk of damaging the frame, bead or glass unit.

For bead removal, start at a suitable point and ease the bead away from the frame slowly. When cleaning flat surfaces, keep the blade angle shallow and use steady strokes for better control.
