Description

The Timco 115mm Bonded Abrasive Cutting Discs 10 Pack is a tin of thin metal cutting discs for use with compatible 115mm angle grinders. These discs are designed for fast, clean cutting of steel, aluminium, cast iron, metal and inox / stainless steel.

Each disc measures 115 x 22.2 x 1.0mm, giving a thin cutting profile that helps reduce burring, heat distortion and material loss during cutting. The 22.23mm bore fits standard compatible angle grinders, while the 1.0mm thickness supports fast cutting performance on suitable metals.

These bonded abrasive cutting discs are manufactured to European standard EN 12413 and have a blade grade of A 60 T-BF. They are suitable for fabrication, installation, maintenance, workshop and general trade cutting tasks.

How to Use Cutting Discs

Fit the disc to a compatible 115mm angle grinder with the correct 22.23mm bore. Always check the disc, grinder guard and fixing flange before use.

Make sure the disc is rated for the machine speed. These discs have a maximum operating speed of 80m/s and a maximum RPM of 13,300. Do not use damaged, cracked or expired discs.

Wear suitable PPE including eye protection, gloves, hearing protection and respiratory protection where required. Cut steadily without forcing the disc and allow the tool to do the work.
