The eaves protection tray is used at roof eaves to support roofing felt or breathable membrane and help direct water into the gutter. It is suitable for new roof work, re-roofing and roofline repairs where the underlay needs extra support at the eaves.

This 1.5m eaves protection tray helps stop roofing underlay from sagging into the gutter. By supporting the underlay at the bottom edge of the roof, it helps reduce water ponding behind the fascia and protects the vulnerable eaves area.

Fitting an Eaves Protection Tray
Fit the tray at the bottom edge of the roof before laying or dressing the underlay into position. The tray should bridge the eaves area and provide firm support so water can discharge cleanly into the gutter.
Before fitting, check that the fascia, gutter position and roof underlay detail are correct. Also make sure the tray is installed in line with the roof design and any project specification.
Eaves Protection Tray for Roofline Repairs
