Description
The Timco 4.2 x 65mm cill screws are designed for attaching cills to the base of door and window frames. With a self-drilling point and self-tapping thread, they can drill through both reinforced and unreinforced frames, making them ideal for trade window fitting, frame installation and repair work.
These cill screws feature a PH2 Phillips drive and bugle head for secure driving and a neat finish. The 4.2mm diameter and 65mm length make them suitable for fixing cills where a longer window screw is required.

How to Use
Select a compatible PH2 Phillips driver bit and keep the driver aligned with the screw head during installation.
Position the cill correctly at the base of the door or window frame, then drive the screw steadily through the cill and into the frame section. The self-drilling point allows the screw to drill through suitable reinforced and unreinforced frames.
Do not overtighten the screw. Check the fixing is secure and that the cill is correctly positioned before completing the installation.
