The Freefoam FWXX double external corner creates a clean, colour-matched finish where two square fascia sections meet at an external 90-degree corner. This 600mm double-ended trim can be divided or cut down on site, giving installers a practical solution for completing roofline corners and box-end details.
Manufactured from durable, low-maintenance uPVC, the FWXX is compatible with Freefoam FW 10mm capping fascia and FMS 18mm replacement fascia. Its shaped profile covers exposed board edges while maintaining a consistent finish across the completed roofline.

Double External Corner Colour Options
The FWXX double external corner is stocked in four finishes: White, Black Ash Woodgrain, Anthracite Grey Woodgrain and Agate Grey Woodgrain. Select the required colour before adding the product to your basket.
Use the same finish as the adjoining fascia boards wherever possible. When matching materials purchased at different times, compare the trim and board colours before installation because minor shade differences can occur between manufacturing batches.
Compatible Square Fascia Boards
This accessory can be used with our 10mm capping fascia boards when covering a suitable existing timber fascia or backing board.
It is also compatible with our 18mm replacement fascia boards on full-replacement and new-build roofline installations. Always confirm that the board profile and selected colour match the corner trim before cutting.
Cutting and Installing the Double External Corner
Measure the corner carefully and mark the required section before cutting. Use a suitable fine-toothed PVC saw to produce a clean edge, remove any cutting debris and test the trim against both fascia boards before final fixing.
The double-ended construction allows the 600mm trim to be divided into two matching external corner sections when the installation permits. Cutting requirements will depend on the fascia width, box-end construction and surrounding roofline details.
Allow for normal uPVC expansion and contraction and avoid fixing the trim in a way that prevents thermal movement. Installation should follow the applicable Freefoam roofline guidance and good trade practice.
Completing a Square Fascia Installation
Combine the FWXX with matching fascia joiners, single external corners, internal corners and end caps to create a coordinated roofline. Using purpose-made accessories helps conceal board joints and exposed edges while providing a more professional finished appearance.
