Square Fascia External Corner – Freefoam FWX
The square fascia external corner from Freefoam is a 300mm-long finishing trim designed to cover the joint where two square fascia boards meet at a 90° external corner. It provides a clean, professional roofline finish while concealing the cut ends of the adjoining boards.
Freefoam FWX is suitable for use with both FW 10mm capping fascia boards and FMS 18mm full-replacement fascia boards. The trim can be cut down on site to match the width of the fascia being installed.
Square Fascia External Corner Colours
This stocked FWX fascia corner is available in four popular Freefoam finishes:
- White
- Black Ash Woodgrain
- Anthracite Grey Woodgrain
- Agate Grey Woodgrain
Anthracite Grey has a nearest equivalent of RAL 7016, while Agate Grey has a nearest equivalent of RAL 7038. RAL references are approximate, so a physical sample should be checked when matching existing roofline, windows or doors.
Square Fascia External Corner Compatibility
The FWX profile is designed to complement Freefoam square-leg fascia systems. It can be used with:

It is not an internal corner or a 135° corner. Check the roofline angle and required profile before ordering.

Fitting the Square Fascia Corner
Cut and position the adjoining fascia boards so they meet neatly at the external corner. Cut the FWX corner trim to the required board width, check the fit and then secure it using a suitable uPVC adhesive or approved fixing method.
Avoid restricting the natural expansion and contraction of the fascia system. Follow the fascia-board and adhesive manufacturers’ installation guidance.
