200mm Replacement Fascia Board – 18mm x 5m
This 200mm replacement fascia board is a full-strength Freefoam Magnum square-leg board designed for complete roofline replacement and new-build installations. Its substantial 18mm construction allows it to be fixed directly to correctly prepared rafter ends without requiring an existing timber fascia board behind it.

Freefoam 200mm Replacement Fascia Board
Manufactured from durable, low-maintenance cellular PVC, the FMS200 creates a clean square-edged finish along the roofline. Unlike timber fascia, it does not require regular painting, staining or preservative treatment and will not absorb moisture, rot or corrode under normal service conditions.
The board has a nominal width of 200mm, a thickness of 18mm and an overall length of 5m. Its lower return includes a groove designed to accept a compatible soffit board, helping installers create a secure and neatly finished fascia and soffit system.
200mm Replacement Fascia Board Applications
This board is intended for full roofline replacement projects where the old fascia has been completely removed. It is also suitable for new-build installations when fixed onto properly prepared and aligned roof timbers. The substantial profile can support correctly installed gutter brackets without requiring an additional timber backing board.
This is not a thin capping or cover board. Where the existing timber fascia is sound and will remain in place, view our 10mm capping fascia boards instead.
