Freefoam 150mm Shiplap Cladding 5m
Freefoam 150mm Shiplap Cladding is a durable external PVC-U cladding board with a traditional overlapping profile. Each 5m board provides 150mm of installed cover and is suitable for domestic, commercial and refurbishment projects.
The FC151 board creates a clean single-shiplap appearance and can be installed horizontally or vertically. It is particularly suitable for dormers, gable ends, extensions, garden rooms and replacing older timber cladding or hanging tiles.

Freefoam 150mm Shiplap Cladding Colours
This variable product is available from TWS Plastics in four stocked finishes:
- White: Smooth gloss finish
- Black Ash: Black woodgrain foil
- Anthracite Grey: Woodgrain foil, nearest equivalent RAL 7016
- Agate Grey: Woodgrain foil, nearest equivalent RAL 7038
White provides a bright, traditional finish. The three woodgrain colours recreate the appearance of painted timber while retaining the low-maintenance benefits of PVC cladding.

Where Can 150mm Shiplap Cladding Be Used?
The FC151 profile can provide a decorative and protective external facing across many parts of a building. Common applications include dormer cheeks, gable ends, house extensions, feature walls, garden rooms, porches and panels between floors.
It can also replace ageing timber boards, damaged render or hanging tiles where the supporting structure and proposed installation comply with the relevant building requirements.

Installation Guidance
Install the cladding over a suitable breather membrane and treated support battens. Freefoam typically specifies 25mm × 50mm battens positioned at maximum 400mm centres, although the complete installation must follow the current Freefoam instructions and applicable building regulations.
Maintain continuous ventilation behind the boards and leave the required expansion clearances at board ends, corners and openings. Secure each board with corrosion-resistant cladding screws through the fixing lip without restricting normal thermal movement.
