Fortex Shadow Gap Cladding 182mm x 5m
Fortex Shadow Gap Cladding creates a clean, contemporary exterior finish with defined recessed lines between each board. The subtle pine-embossed face provides added texture, while the deep shadow gap gives the completed elevation a modern appearance.
Each pack contains four 182mm x 5m boards and covers approximately 3.6m².
Special-order product – we do not normally hold this range in stock. The usual lead time is approximately 1–2 weeks.

Due to the 5m board length, this product is available for local North East delivery or collection from our Hexham trade counter only. It cannot be sent using a standard parcel courier.

Why Choose Fortex Shadow Gap Cladding?
The narrow profile and recessed joint produce strong, defined lines across the finished wall. As a result, the system works particularly well on contemporary extensions, garden rooms, dormers and feature elevations.
The boards also have a subtle embossed surface. Therefore, they provide more texture than a plain PVC panel while retaining a clean modern appearance.
In addition, the PVC-U construction requires less routine maintenance than painted timber. The cladding does not need regular painting or staining.

Where Can Shadow Gap Boards Be Used?
The profile is suitable for exterior walls, gable ends, dormer elevations, bay windows, extensions and garden rooms. Its narrow vertical lines can also highlight entrance areas and other exterior features.
Always follow the current Freefoam installation guidance. The complete system requires suitable battens, ventilation, fixings, starter profiles and finishing trims.
Pack Coverage and Ordering
Each pack contains four 5m boards. At an installed cover width of 182mm, the complete pack covers approximately 3.6m².
Quantity 1 therefore equals one complete pack of four boards. First, calculate the total wall area. Then allow extra material for cuts, openings and waste.
Also calculate the required butt joints, starter trims, corners, edge trims and other installation accessories.
Choosing Your Cladding Colour
Select the required colour before adding the pack to your basket. This Shadow Gap range is available in White, Pale Gold, Misty Grey, Cappuccino, Storm Grey, Sage Green and Anthracite Grey.
Colours may appear differently on individual screens. Therefore, check a physical Freefoam colour sample when an exact match is important.
