Description

The Timco Heavy Duty Metal PU Foam Applicator Gun is a professional foam gun for applying gun grade expanding foam and PU foam cleaner. It is suitable for standard 750ml and 500ml gun grade canisters, making it ideal for trade, installation and general building work.

This PU foam applicator gun gives controlled foam application for filling, sealing and insulating gaps around windows, doors, cavities, service openings and construction joints. It is useful for builders, installers, window fitters, roofline trades, maintenance teams and DIY users working with gun grade foam.

The heavy duty steel body provides long-lasting performance, while the stainless steel non-blocking valve helps prevent foam curing inside the applicator when used and cleaned correctly. Also, the polypropylene hand grip improves stability and control during use.

How to Use PU Foam Applicator Gun

Shake the foam can well before use, then screw the gun onto the gun grade canister. Adjust the flow control if required and apply foam steadily into the gap, filling only part of the joint to allow for expansion.

After use, clean the applicator with a suitable PU foam cleaner before the foam cures. Regular cleaning helps prevent blockages and keeps the gun ready for future use.
