Description
The Soudal Soudafoam Window & Door Expanding Foam 750ml is a professional gun grade polyurethane foam for filling, sealing and insulating around window and door frames. It is designed for perimeter sealing where controlled expansion, thermal insulation and acoustic performance are important.
This window and door expanding foam is suitable for use around PVCu, aluminium and timber frames. It helps fill gaps between the frame and surrounding reveal while reducing draughts, cold bridging and sound transfer when used correctly.
The gun grade formula gives controlled application with a compatible PU foam gun. It provides high filling capacity, excellent dimensional stability and strong adhesion to most common building materials, except PE, PP and PTFE.
This Window & Door Expanding Foam is supplied in a 750ml can and is available as a single can or a full box of 12 cans. This gives trade users the option to buy one can for smaller jobs or stock up for regular window, door and installation work.

How to Use Window & Door Expanding Foam
Make sure the frame is correctly packed, fixed and aligned before applying foam. Surfaces should be clean, stable and free from dust, grease, loose material and old foam.
Shake the can well before use and attach it to a compatible PU foam gun. Apply the foam steadily into the gap, filling only part of the joint to allow for expansion. For deeper gaps, apply in layers and lightly mist between passes where suitable.
Once cured, trim away excess foam with a sharp knife. Protect exposed foam from UV light and weathering with a suitable finish, trim, sealant, plaster or other covering.
