The Soudal Soudafoam Hand Held Expanding Foam 750ml is a ready-to-use polyurethane expanding foam for filling, sealing and insulating gaps around building materials. It is designed for hand held application, so no separate PU foam gun is required.

This hand held expanding foam is ideal for general gap filling, insulation and installation work. It can be used around window frames, door frames, pipe penetrations, cavities, service gaps and other suitable building areas where expanding foam is required.

The one-component PU foam formula expands to fill gaps and provides good thermal and acoustic insulation once cured. It offers strong primerless adhesion to most common construction materials, except PE, PP and PTFE.

This Hand Held Expanding Foam is supplied in a 750ml aerosol can with a hand held applicator. It is a practical choice for builders, installers, window fitters, door fitters, roofline trades, maintenance teams and DIY users carrying out filling, sealing and insulation work.

How to Use Hand Held Expanding Foam

Make sure surfaces are clean, stable and free from dust, grease, loose material and old foam. Lightly misting porous surfaces with water can help improve curing and foam structure where suitable.

Shake the can well before use and attach the hand held applicator nozzle. Apply the foam steadily into the gap, filling only part of the joint to allow for expansion.

Once cured, trim away excess foam with a sharp knife. Protect exposed foam from UV light and weathering with a suitable finish, trim, sealant, plaster or other covering.
