The Soudal Soudafoam Gun Grade Gap Filler Foam 750ml is a professional polyurethane expanding foam for filling, sealing and insulating gaps around building materials. It is designed for use with a compatible PU foam gun, giving controlled application for trade and installation work.
This gun grade gap filler foam has a high 3D expansion formula, making it ideal for filling cavities, service gaps, joints and openings. It provides good thermal and acoustic insulation once cured, helping reduce draughts, cold bridging and sound transfer when used correctly.

How to Use Gun Grade Gap Filler Foam
Make sure surfaces are clean, stable and free from dust, grease, loose material and old foam. Lightly misting porous surfaces with water can help improve curing and foam structure where suitable.
Shake the can well before use and attach it to a compatible PU foam gun. Apply the foam steadily into the gap, filling only part of the joint to allow for expansion.
Once cured, trim away excess foam with a sharp knife. Protect exposed foam from UV light and weathering with a suitable finish, trim, sealant, plaster or other covering.
