Description

The Soudal Repair Express Cement Beige 290ml is a fast-setting textured repair filler for cracks, holes and joints in concrete, cement and brickwork. It is designed for quick repair work where a beige cement-like finish is needed.

This repair express cement is acrylic polymer based and has a granular structure to help blend with concrete, cement and masonry surfaces. It is suitable for internal and external applications, making it useful for builders, decorators, maintenance teams, installers and DIY users.

The formula offers strong adhesion to many mineral surfaces and cures quickly once applied. It can be used for repairing damage in concrete stairs, patching holes in cement, filling cracks and repairing joints in brickwork.

This Repair Express Cement is supplied in a 290ml beige cartridge and can be applied by caulking gun or trowel. Once dried, it can be sanded and painted over for a clean, finished repair.

How to Use Repair Express Cement

Make sure the surface is clean, dry, rigid and free from dust, grease and loose material before use. Remove any loose particles before applying the product.

Apply with a manual, pneumatic or battery caulking gun, then finish with a spatula, putty knife or trowel. For larger cracks, static joints or bigger screw holes, apply in two stages where needed. The second application can usually be made after around 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the surface porosity.

Highly porous surfaces can be primed with diluted Repair Express Cement using 1 part product to 2 parts water. Do not apply when rain or frost is expected during the curing process.
