How to Use a Scaffold Spirit Level

Place the level firmly against the surface being checked. Use the horizontal vial for level work and the vertical vial for plumb work where required.

When working on suitable metal surfaces, use the magnetic face to help hold the level in position. Make sure the milled face is clean and sitting flat against the surface before taking a reading.

Store the level safely after use and avoid heavy impacts where possible. Although it is designed for site use, damage to the body or vials can affect accuracy.
