This 160mm tee branch has three socketed openings for compatible 160mm underground drainage pipe. The main run connects through the straight section, while the branch connection allows another 160mm pipe to enter at 90 degrees.
Before installation, check the pipe sizes, flow direction and final branch position. The fitting should sit correctly within the drainage layout and should not be forced into poor alignment.
Use suitable pipe lubricant on ring seal joints where required. Also, make sure pipe ends are clean before jointing. If pipework is cut to length, make a clean square cut and chamfer the edge before fitting. This helps protect the seal and makes the joint easier to assemble.
