Description

The Timco PVCu & Plastic Saw is a fine tooth hand saw designed for clean, controlled cutting of PVCu, plastic and other hard materials. Its shorter 14″ / 360mm blade helps reduce flexing, making it ideal for fitting and installation work.

This PVCu & Plastic Saw features a 15 TPI tooth pattern to help reduce chipping and burring when cutting plastic materials. The 2D sharp point teeth are designed for faster, cleaner cutting, while the SK5 steel blade helps resist flexing for straighter cuts.

The polished and lacquered blade helps reduce friction during cutting and improves corrosion resistance. A soft-grip handle provides comfort and control, making the saw suitable for regular trade, workshop, van and site use.

How to Use

Mark the cutting line clearly before starting. Secure the material firmly and place the saw teeth on the waste side of the line.

Start with short, controlled strokes to create a clean guide cut, then continue with steady strokes through the material. Avoid forcing the blade, as controlled cutting gives a cleaner finish and helps reduce burring on PVCu and plastic surfaces.
