400mm Replacement Fascia Board – Woodgrain Colours
The 400mm replacement fascia board from Freefoam is an extra-wide, 18mm-thick uPVC roofline board designed for full fascia replacement and new-build installations. Each board is supplied in a 5m length and features a strong square-leg profile with a low-maintenance woodgrain foil finish.
This FMS400 board is stocked in Black Ash Woodgrain, Anthracite Grey Woodgrain and Agate Grey Woodgrain. Its substantial 400mm width makes it particularly suitable for wide roofline sections, gable ends and box-end construction.

Freefoam 400mm Replacement Fascia Board
Freefoam FMS400 is a rigid, full-replacement fascia rather than a thin covering board. Its 18mm construction allows it to form the principal fascia surface when correctly secured to suitable structural roof timbers.
The square-leg profile provides a clean, contemporary roofline and a neat lower return. The foiled surface creates an attractive grained appearance while removing the need for the regular painting and treatment associated with traditional timber fascia.
400mm Replacement Fascia Board Colours
- Black Ash Woodgrain: a deep, near-black grained finish
- Anthracite Grey Woodgrain: a dark grey finish with a nearest equivalent of RAL 7016
- Agate Grey Woodgrain: a softer grey finish with a nearest equivalent of RAL 7038
RAL references are approximate. A physical colour sample should be checked when matching existing windows, doors or roofline products.

Installing the 400mm Replacement Board
Check that the supporting roof structure is sound before installation. Any damaged or unsuitable timber should be repaired or replaced, and the fascia should be installed using suitable corrosion-resistant fixings in accordance with accepted roofline installation practices.
If the existing timber remains structurally sound and only needs covering, consider our 10mm capping fascia boards instead.
