250mm Replacement Fascia Board – Black Ash Woodgrain
This 250mm replacement fascia board is a full-strength Freefoam Magnum square-leg board supplied in a Black Ash Woodgrain finish. Designed for complete roofline replacement and new-build installations, its substantial 18mm construction allows it to be fixed directly to correctly prepared rafter ends.

Freefoam 250mm Replacement Fascia Board
Manufactured from durable, low-maintenance cellular PVC, the FMS250WGB creates a clean square-edged roofline with a textured Black Ash Woodgrain finish. It provides the appearance of painted timber without requiring regular painting, staining or preservative treatment.
The board measures 250mm wide, 18mm thick and 5m long. Its lower return is slightly rebated to accept a compatible soffit board, helping installers create a secure and professionally finished fascia and soffit system.
250mm Replacement Fascia Board Applications
This product is intended for full roofline replacement projects where the original timber fascia has been completely removed. It is also suitable for new-build installations when fixed onto properly prepared and aligned roof timbers.
The substantial replacement profile can support correctly installed gutter brackets without requiring an additional timber backing board. This is not a thin capping board intended to cover existing fascia.

Installing the 250mm Replacement Board
Install the board using suitable colour-matched plastic-headed stainless-steel fascia nails and follow the manufacturer’s recommended fixing centres. Complete the roofline using compatible Black Ash fascia corners, joiners and end caps.
