Fortex Vented Starter Trim and Cover 25mm x 3m
Fortex Vented Starter Trim with a two-part design for providing airflow and a neat colour-matched finish around compatible exterior cladding. Each product is supplied as one 3m length with a ventilated base and separate cover section.
Special-order product – we do not normally hold this range in stock. The usual lead time is approximately 1–2 weeks.

How the Fortex Vented Starter Trim Works
The ventilated base allows air to move behind the cladding boards. The colour-matched front cover then clips into place to conceal board ends and produce a tidy finished edge.
The trim can form part of the starting or finishing detail, depending on the installation. Therefore, always follow the Freefoam fitting guide for the selected cladding profile.

This trim can be used with compatible Fortex Double Shiplap, Feather Edge Weatherboard and Shadow Gap exterior cladding systems.

Choosing Your Vented Starter Trim Colour
Select the colour that matches your Fortex cladding boards. The ventilated base forms the functional part of the profile, while the visible cover creates the finished colour-matched edge.
Quantity 1 equals one complete 3m two-part trim. Measure each wall section and allow additional material for cuts and separate elevations.
Colours may appear differently on individual screens. Therefore, check a physical Freefoam colour sample when an exact match is important.
