Wirquin Jollyflex is a 40mm / 1½” extendable flexible waste pipe for sink, bath, utility and appliance waste pipework. It is designed to help overcome awkward waste pipe runs, misaligned outlets and tight spaces where rigid fittings are difficult to install.

The Wirquin Jollyflex 1½” flexible waste pipe is a practical connector for plumbers, kitchen fitters, bathroom fitters and maintenance teams working on 40mm waste pipe installations. It is especially useful where the trap or waste outlet does not line up neatly with the existing pipework.
The extendable corrugated body can be shaped to suit the installation, helping reduce the need for multiple rigid bends or offset fittings. This makes it useful for repair jobs, refurbishment work and awkward pipe routes below kitchen sinks, baths, utility sinks and appliance waste areas.
The fitting has a 1½” female nut at one end, which screws onto a compatible waste outlet, and a 40mm outlet connection at the other end. Wirquin supplies the connector with a fixing hook, helping support the pipework once positioned.

Why Choose an Extendable Flexible Waste Pipe?
An extendable flexible waste pipe is useful when pipework does not line up neatly enough for a standard rigid waste fitting. It can save time on repair and replacement jobs, especially where the existing waste run is already fixed in place.
The Wirquin Jollyflex 1½” version is suited to 40mm sink, bath, utility and appliance waste pipework. For smaller basin or cloakroom waste pipework, use the 32mm / 1¼” version instead.
Installation Notes
Before fitting, check that the waste outlet and pipework are suitable for a 40mm / 1½” connection. Dry fit the Jollyflex first to confirm the required angle, offset and length.
Avoid over-stretching or twisting the flexible body. Make sure the pipe run still has a suitable fall for drainage, and use the fixing hook where required to help support the connector.
After installation, run water through the waste pipework and check all joints for leaks.
