McAlpine ABSCON-35X1.25 is a 35mm x 1¼” ABS solvent weld adaptor used to convert McAlpine chrome plated brass compression fittings to plastic solvent weld waste pipe. It is a compact waste pipe adaptor for bathroom, basin and exposed waste pipe installations.

Installation Notes
Before fitting, check that the chrome plated brass compression fitting and plastic solvent weld waste pipe are the correct size for the ABSCON-35X1.25 adaptor. Dry fit the parts first to confirm alignment before applying solvent weld adhesive.
Use a suitable solvent weld cement for the plastic waste pipe system. Make sure all pipe ends are clean, square cut and fully inserted into the adaptor. After fitting, allow the joint to cure as recommended by the solvent cement manufacturer before testing the waste pipework.
